Grey Hunters Commission Finished

The Grey Hunters commission is complete and the minis are back with the client who was happy with his minis. Hopefully they served him well in battle today!
Now my full attention turns back to the Gorewing!

Grey Hunters Commission & Early WIP Shot Of Zakarn The Frenzied

Poor, poor pictures of how these were. I've done a bit more since and will get the rest done over the next few days.

I think the Inquisition need to have a word with the Space Puppies about their flagrant disregard for health and safety though. Painting that many eyes made my eyes go squiffy! If only they wore their battle helms like the safety conscious Ultramarines!

Took a break from painting to start putting together another mini for this. Didn't have anywhere near enough time to think about anything other than washing the Land Raider sprues so made a start on Zakarn The Frenzied the second of my counts as Lone Wolves.

He'll be getting a Chain Axe in his right hand when I get it and then I'll be adding some Khornate decoration to him.

Also, took my kids shopping for my father's day present. Well, we sorted their grandad's so then it was clear that I deserved something.

These are absolutely awesome! They'll hopefully look great on the display board I'm making for the Gorewing army for the tournament in August.

Grey Hunters Commission - WIP Teen Wolf Marine

Currently working on the unit of Grey Hunters for my client. Just a quick, criminally early WIP shot of Scott "Teen Wolf" Howard:

I really like the Space Wolf minis but the Mark of the Wulfen marine in particular. He's the test dummy for the scheme. He's about 3 stages ahead of the rest of the unit at the minute so I can check how everything works out (that's my excuse - it's not just because I wanted to paint him the most!). Still a long way to go with all of these but the plan is to have them all finished for 30th May to hand back.

Helping to keep me motivated is the knowledge that once these are painted I can play with my new toys!

Grey Hunters Project & The Gorewing Musters

Been commissioned to paint these guys. I've tidied up mold lines, drilled out barrels and undercoated them. I've started painting them now so expect some updated pics very soon. My favourite (and the one I'm most excited to get stuck into) is the guy with the Mark of the Wulfen.
To help motivate me to get a move on with this project the postman has been a regular visitor to my door.

Lots of goodies to make a start on once the Space Wolves are done and still 2 Land Raiders to turn up yet!
However, the most important part of the new army project also arrived:

The obligatory themed dice.

The Glorious Works Painting Service

I am looking to start taking painting commissions -

Obviously without knowing your needs its difficult to give prices. The cost will depend on the specifics of your project so please email me with all the details you can so that I can produce the best possible quote for you. Prices will include basic assembly of minis and basing as required but more extensive conversion or difficult assembly work will mean a slight increase in price.

Once painted I will send pictures (and can and will do so throughout the project) and finalise payment details including delivery costs. I'm quite happy to work with overseas customers just please be aware that postage may be higher as a result.
If you require I can purchase products on your behalf (doing so means I will require at least 50% of these costs up front). I will always try and find the best possible price for these. This option may be particularly useful for overseas customers to avoid having to incur the delivery costs twice. Again, if you email me with your needs or questions and I'll be able to discuss them further with you.
