I'm not sure on the horns though. They just didn't seem to come out right so I think I might be redoing them later on.

Foe-render More WIP
Done a little bit more of the Foe-render, just the horns and hooves.

Hmm, I must say I'm not 100 % convinced when it comes to that grey colour for the hooves and horns. It doesn't set them apart from the hair, and seeing that both hooves and horns are separated from the warm skin-tone by the cold grey hair, I think you'd be better off with a warmer colour, something brown maybe, for them.
I like the skin tone though, it's sort of beasty and human-like at the same time.
I think he looks fantastic, but have to agree with noeste about the horns and hooves.
The skin tone is excellent!
